Santa Cruz residents urged to complete debris flow survey

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. (KION) - Santa Cruz County officials are urging residents in the burn scar area of the CZU Lightning fire to complete an online emergency form.

It must be completed by Wednesday, December 16, 2020 by people who live in potential debris flow evacuation zones.

The survey asks residents relevant information pertaining to their situation including, emergency contact information.

It asks about any specific needs if a debris flow event were to happen in the area.
