UPDATE: Missing Seaside dependent adult found unharmed

SEASIDE, Calif. (KION)

UPDATE 8:40 p.m. - Seaside officials say the missing man, David Anh Ngo, has been found unharmed. Ngo was found near General Jim Moore Boulevard.

ORIGINAL REPORT; The Seaside Police Department is looking for a man who went missing from his home Thursday.

David Anh Ngo, 45, is a dependent adult who suffers from mental health related concerns. He reportedly has the mental capacity of a young juvenile.

Ngo was wearing a tracker when he left his home in the early hours of August 27th. The tracker was located in a wooded area of the former Fort Ord, but Ngo himself has yet to be found.

Ngo is an Asian male. He is 5'8 and weighs 120lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes, and was last scene wearing a dark windbreaker jacket and jeans.
