Tree removal at Jacks Peak Park forces road closures

MONTEREY COUNTY, Calif. (KION-TV) -- Jacks Peak Park is expected to be closed for two days due to vegetation maintenance and tree removal, according to Monterey County Parks.

The closure is only for vehicle traffic and will take place on September 22 and 23, 2021.

The park will still be open for walk-in visits on those days as crews complete their work.
