MONTEREY, Calif. (KION) Couples flocked to Fisherman's Wharf today in order to celebrate Valentine's Day.

Tourists and locals alike flocked to restaurants and gift shops to make new memories with their loved ones. This welcome influx of people comes as businesses struggle to come back from loses caused by recent closures.

Business owners on Fisherman's Wharf say they hope to see another big turnout next year.
