Salinas woman dead in morning accident

SALINAS, Calif. (KION-TV) - One woman is dead after being involved in a crash in Salinas.

According to Salinas Police, the accident happened around 8:30 a.m. at the Madonna del Sasso Catholic Church.

They confirmed that it was a complete accident with no reason to believe it was a DUI.

The victim was confirmed to be an elderly woman in her seventies.
