Severe thunderstorm warning for parts of north Santa Cruz County issued Wednesday

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. (KION-TV) --Â The National Weather Service in San Francisco has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for parts of Santa Cruz County Wednesday.
Northwestern Santa Cruz County in northern California is expected to see this warning until 3:30 p.m. PDT.
At 2:43 p.m PDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles west of Boulder Creek, or 15 miles northwest of Santa Cruz, moving northeast at 55 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include... Boulder Creek.
