Storms creating power outages on the Central Coast

CENTRAL COAST, Calif. (KION-TV)—Heavy rain and gusty winds are creating power outages across parts of the Central Coast.

According to the PG&E outage map, more than 6000 customers on the Monterey Peninsula are without power. PG&E reports the outage was caused by weather.

There is no estimated when the power will be back on.
