Police: Man arrested after leaving puppy in car on 113-degree day in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (KION-TV)- The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department arrested a man on July 20 after allegedly leaving his puppy inside his car on a 113-degree day.

This happened on the 3600 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard. They spotted the puppy at around 3 p.m. on the top floor of the parking garage.

Security said its mouth was taped shut.
