Two Monterey County parks close due to weather

KION-TV

MONTEREY COUNTY, Calif. (KION) Jacks Peak Park and San Lorenzo Park in Monterey County are closed on Monday because of the current weather.

An impacted drainage structure flooded parts of San Lorenzo Park, so the park will be closed to clean-up and dewater the areas.

In Jacks Peak Park, high winds and debris on the roads and trails made the County decide to keep the park closed.
