Cal Fire responds to a vegetation fire in Carmel Valley

CARMEL, Calif. (KION)- Firefighters responded to a vegetation fire in Carmel Valley this morning.

Cal Fire confirms that a fire broke out at 306 Country Club Heights this morning around 10:30 a.m. Luckily, the fire was contained at half an acre.

Monterey County Regional Fire assisted in the operation and remained on scene to help Cal Fire mop up.
