Monterey County Free Libraries offers hotspots for students

MONTEREY COUNTY, Calif. (KION) To help students learning from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, Monterey County Free Libraries is offering WiFi hotspots to students in unincorporated Monterey County.

The hotspots can be checked out to students with a library card, and they are offered on a first come, first served basis. They will be due back by Feb. 20.

To use it, students will need to be in range of a T-Mobile WiFi signal.

To check one out, call your local MCFL branch to arrange curbside pick-up.
