These are available 24 hours per day until 8 p.m. on Nov. 3:

  • Cesar Chavez Library- 615 Williams Road, Salinas

These drop boxes are available during business hours through Nov. 3:

  • Monterey County Government Center 1st Floor- 168 W. Alisal Street, Salinas
  • Sand City- City Hall Chamber- 1 Pendergrass Way (Sylvan Way), Sand City
  • Seaside- City Hall- 440 Harcourt Avenue, Seaside
  • Soledad- City Hall- 248 Main Street, Soledad

  • Capitola- Mall near Sears, 1855 41st Avenue
  • Santa Cruz- County Gov. Center, 701 Ocean Street
  • Santa Cruz- Parking lot 16 next to the Public Library, 212 Church Street
  • Santa Cruz- UCSC Quarry Plaza
  • Scotts Valley- City Hall, 1 Civic Center Drive

  • Hollister- San Benito County Hall of Records, 440 5th Street, Room 101, through Nov. 2 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Nov. 3 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
