HOLLISTER, Calif. (KION) The Hollister City Council is set to vote on the censure of two council members at its meeting Tuesday evening.

They are voting on a resolution to censure Marty Richman and Honor Spencer for alleged use of profanity, harassment, bullying and threatening other council members.

The city council previously voted to censure council member Rolan Resendiz after claims that he made inappropriate comments about fellow council members.

According to city documents, Spencer and Richman requested Resendiz's censure, saying he used a gender-based slur and suggested there was a sexual relationship between Spencer, Richman and another council member.

The city council meeting is set to begin at 5:30 p.m.
