All lanes reopened after ten vehicle crash closes southbound lanes of Highway 101

SANTA CLARA COUNTY, Calif. (KION)

UPDATE 1/24/2020 2:20 p.m. The CHP said all southbound lanes of Highway 101 have reopened.

PREVIOUS STORY: All southbound lanes of Highway 101 are closed north of San Martin, according to Hollister-Gilroy CHP.

The CHP confirms that there was a crash involving ten vehicles that is blocking all lanes.

Some vehicles are able to get by on the shoulder, but most are being diverted to Tennant.

The CHP said officers are just arriving at the scene and are unable to provide more details at this time.
