Woman helps Santa Cruz police buy new K9 for 90th birthday

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. (KION) While most people get presents instead of giving them, Joanne Parker decided to give this year.

In honor of her 90th birthday, Parker and her friends donated money to Santa Cruz police buy a new K9.

Chief Andy Mills said anyone can chip in to help buy the K9.
