After gathering donations this week, the Hollister Animal Shelter has sent supplies to Sonoma County Animal Services to help animals affected by the Kincade Fire.

The shelter said it traveled the more than 150 miles to Santa Rosa to deliver about 100 bags of food, 10 dog crates, 30 bags of cat litter and other supplies on Thursday.
