Seaside police asking for input on S.N.A.A.C.K. van designs

In an effort to distribute nutritious food, school supplies and sports equipment, Seaside police have created the S.N.A.A.C.K. van, and now they are looking for input on its design.

The name stands for Seaside Nutrition, Academics and Athletics for Cops and Kids. Police said for the past year, officers have been working with community members on a name, and now three vehicle wrap designs are up for consideration.

The public can vote for their favorite design through Oct. 18 at 11:59 p.m. You can get a better look at the designs and vote at bit.ly/PDvanvote.
