One person killed in crash off Reservation Road
UPDATE: 8:40 a.m.: CHP confirms one man killed in a solo-vehicle crash off Reservation Road just outside of Salinas.
They say they got the call just before 4:50 Monday morning and that the vehicle had been out here for at least 30 minutes before it was called in.
CHP says drugs or alcohol are not suspected to have played a role in this crash but are still investigating at this time.
ORIGINAL STORY:
The California Highway Patrol confirms one person has died in a solo-vehicle crash off Reservation Road near the Davis intersection.
CHP says a truck somehow ended up on its roof in a field.
The incident was reported to CHP just before 5 a.m. Monday morning.
Officers are on scene trying to determine how it happened.
