Magnitude 3.1 earthquake reported near Parkfield

According to the USGS, an earthquake was reported near Parkfield on Wednesday at around 2:45 p.m.

It was recorded as a magnitude 3.1 with a depth of 9.5 km. The epicenter was 5 km northwest of Parkfield in southern Monterey County.
