Salinas man masturbates in front of women and children

A Salinas man was found guilty on two charges after an incident at a laundromat in 2017.

On October 2, 55-year-old Salvador Navarro went into the Wash House Laundromat in Salinas and began masturbating in front of women and children. When he tried to leave police arrived and arrested him.

A witness also said that Navarro exposed his genitals to her on another occasion.

Navarro was found guilty on one count of annoying or molesting a child and one count of lewd conduct in public.

Navarro is scheduled for a hearing in late February.
