DA: Warrant for Carmel Valley father, accused of child abuse after infant’s death

A Carmel Valley father is accused of child abuse after his three-month-old son died at home in March and three more children were taken into protective custody.

According to the Monterey County District Attorney’s Office, one count of felony child endangerment was filed against Arthur Fosso this week, carrying a potential six year sentence in prison.

The DA’s office said a forensic pathologist wasn’t able to determine how the infant died and there’s a warrant for Fosso’s arrest.
