King City suspect robs Payless Shoes at gunpoint, police say
King City police said a man held up a Payless Shoes store at 510 Canal St. Thursday evening just after 6 p.m.
After a silent hold-up alarm was triggered, officers said they discovered the store had been robbed at gunpoint by a man in his 50s, 6′ 2″, blue eyes, blond hair and acne on his face.
The store clerk said the suspect demanded cash and ran off after getting away with the money.
Officers said no one was hurt. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
