UCSC Athletics hosts March Madness mixers at local bars
UC Santa Cruz Athletics will host two March Madness No-Host Mixers during the first two days of the NCAA tournament later this week.
UCSC coaches and staff are inviting the public to bring their bracket and watch games all day Thursday and Friday.
Organizers said games will be shown both days from 11:30 to 7:00.
To get in on the action, head to Ideal Bar and Grill Thursday, March 19, at 106 Beach St., Santa Cruz, and KC’s Sports Bar and Lounge, Friday, March 20, at 711 Pacific Ave., Santa Cruz.
