San Clemente Dam removal coming soon
The San Clemente Dam in Carmel Valley will soon be coming down.
According to California American Water, the dam will be demolished during the upcoming construction season.
Just last year, crews worked to re-route the river in the San Clemente Creek as part of project.
The demolition is expected to be the largest dam removal project in California history.
