Gov. Gavin Newsom provides update on COVID-19 response

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KION) Gov. Gavin Newsom is providing an update on the state's response to COVID-19.

According to the California Department of Public Health, there are more than 183,000 confirmed COVID-19 cases statewide as of June 22, up 5,019 from the day before. 5,580 people have died.
