Neptune’s Kingdom, mini golf and more set to reopen at Santa Cruz Boardwalk Saturday

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. (KION) The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk announced that Neptune's Kingdom, mini golf, some Boardwalk games and more will be reopening starting Saturday.

The boardwalk said it will follow guidelines from Santa Cruz County and the State of California as the locations begin to reopen. Visitors are expected to wear face coverings and practice social distancing.

The following locations are set to reopen at the boardwalk this weekend:

  • Neptune's Kingdom- mini golf and arcade games
  • Boardwalk Games- milk bottles and pitch in
  • Boardwalk Bowl
  • Barbary Coast Restaurant
  • Marini's at the Beach
  • Carousel Cones
  • World Grill
  • Octopus' Garden
  • O'Neil's

Some food options will also be available on Aloha Terrace, and the Casino Arcade will reopen Thursday. Rides, laser tag and fright walk will remain closed.

The boardwalk locations will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.

The Casino Arcade will be set up at 50% of its normal capacity, and there will be separate routes for entering or exiting. When playing mini golf, visitors will only allowed to play with members of their own household.
