Governor Newsom gives update on California’s response to COVID-19

On Tuesday, the Governor announced that the state will spend nearly $1 billion to buy up to 200 million masks every month during the COVID-19 outbreak. 

As of Wednesday morning, there are more than 15,800 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the state and 374 deaths related to the disease.
