Winthrop tops South Carolina Upstate 95-91 in OT

SPARTANBURG, S.C. — D.J. Burns Jr. had 27 points as Winthrop narrowly defeated South Carolina Upstate 95-91 in overtime. Dalvin White led the Spartans on Wednesday night with a career-high 30 points.
