Gov. Gavin Newsom announces plan to restrict oil drilling near schools, homes

CALIFORNIA (KION) Gov. Gavin Newsom is planning to ban new oil wells within three thousand feed of schools, homes hospitals, nursing homes and other community locations deemed "sensitive."
